No Access to Virtual Lab for Self Study Courses

Dear Community!

SAS offers two free admin courses ("SAS®9 Administration: Getting Started - Self-Study" and the Viya equivalent, based on course notes (as pdf) and some hours of virtual lab.

Now the box for making a reservation does not show up anymore in either of the two courses.

Remark: In the overview both courses show up to be 100% completed, but I haven't used any lab hours yet ... maybe this is a hint.

Is there anything else i could try before mailing to elearn@sas.com?

@Cynthia_sas : You have answered many threads on vle in the past, can you help?

Hi:
Due to a recent policy change we can no longer provide access to virtual lab software for our free courses or free trials. The intent for the free content is to provide an overview on selected topics and to allow students to review material for paid training prior to making a purchase decision.
