Sorry to hear your software isn't working, but you'll need to provide more information, starting with what software specifically you're using and how you're setting it up.
Saying SAS doesn't work, is the equivalent to saying Microsoft broke when Excel isn't working. There are different software applications and different set ups.
If you're using a paid version, use SAS Tech Support (support@sas.com).
Note that typing in all caps is considered yelling.
