proc soap failure

 All,

We have process which load data to SAS- case management tool -UI using proc soap.

When data count is less than 2k , it loads the data without any error .

but when the data count gets above 2k , PROC SOAP always fail in between with below error though there is no data issue.

ERROR: org.springframework.ws.client.WebServiceIOException: I/O error: Connection reset; nested exception is
java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Does any one know why?
