I am creating a scatter plot of the number of a certain type of program in a state (x axis) and average mental health (y axis) by state. Here is the plot I currently have using proc sgplot:

I would like it to be so that the data labels (the state abbreviations) ARE the markers, instead of having the markers and the labels. Is this possible? Let me know if I can provide more details. Thanks!

Look into the markerchar option.
