Has anyone come across a file format called rrf?  Stands for Rich Release Format.  We got some in and need to convert them to SAS datasets.  

 

No idea...

Wow.  That's ugly.  If there isn't a SAS solution anywhere I'll look around for a conversion package.

It's just a text file, it should be easy to read into SAS.

VDD

those type of files are one row per column.
