Is it possible to code for control charts in SAS base?

I believe you need SAS/QC (Quality Control) to use the SAS-generated control charts.  If you wanted to spend some time and learn PROC TEMPLATE and the Graphics Template Language, there may be a way of doing these graphs with those (but they both require access to SAS/GRAPH).  Good luck 🙂
