champion model in sas 9.4

Hi, can we use sas 9.4 for achieving a champion model?

I  know we have sas model manager.

I just want to know if we can do it by sas 9.4 lonely.

Can you do it? Yes. But that's rolling your own and all the convenience factors like having all model data in one place isn't the same in 9.4. You have to build the tools to do that yourself. So, technically you can but you save a significant amount of time using a model manager tool. So it comes down to is a developers time less or more than the cost of the Model Manager license. Or at least more convenient and allows an analyst to do more projects faster.
