in 'customise tools' i add a new tool to appear on the toolbar - what is the command i should use to create an icon on the toolbar to cancel submitted statements? (i think i used to use control break to see this pop up window)

By the way.

If you are working in DMS, in the open code, you can run:

dm "wattention";

to get that window from code.
