Now I'm eager to lear more about base sas programming to get strong knowledge about it for my career growth.

Any suggestions from where to start preparing or any route map for preparation of interviews for 3years experienced.

Please feel free to give

Thanks,

A great place to start is at the SAS Help Center: Learning the SAS Viya Platform At the bottom of the page are links to good "Getting Started" sections of the docs, and to Free SAS Training available online. There are many How To Tutorials available as the SAS Video Portal

and on the SAS YouTube Channel.

My favorite SAS Programming reference books include:

And for disciplined self-study to improve proficiency, you can't beat the SAS Certified Specialist Prep Guide: Base Programming Using SAS 9.4

Set up a profile on learn.sas.com, then check out the start page, with help to create your own learning roadmap.

And, of course, the forums here at SAS Communities are a great way to get answers to your questions as you work on improving your SAS skills.

May the SAS be with you!

One suggestion is to think about what industry you want to work in.  pharma? banking? Criminal Justice?

BASE SAS has amazing breadth, and includes many different languages.  If you identify an industry you want to work in, and perhaps a role, that will help you focus on learning the SAS skills for an entry-level role in that field.

BASUG is hosting free webinars Next up: Don Henderson presenting on using hash functions (not hash tables!) to segment data on June 12. Register now at the Boston Area SAS Users Group event page: https://www.basug.org/events.
