What is SAS portal?

When I look for SAS Portal what I see is SAS Information Delivery portal. Are they both same?
Is SAS portal same as SAS Stored process Web interface?

I've never heard of a product called "SAS portal."  

There is SAS Information Delivery Portal, as you mentioned, but note that it is retired now (as of 9.4M8)

I think some companies might use the generic term "SAS portal" to describe a website they have built that provides access to reports generated by SAS.
