Transform dataset based on columns

I have the dataset below

Usuario -- Año Inicio -- Año fin

5--2008--2011

and I would like to transform it into the next one:

Usuario--Año

5--2008

5--2009

5--2010

5--2011

Someone could help me? 🙂
