I have the following data:

ID flg1 flg2 flg3
60038807 1 0 0
60038807 0 0 0
60038807 0 1 0

Now I would like to "summarize it" so it looks like this:

ID flg1 flg2 flg3
60038807 1 1 0

So one row with a "1" in all columns where it has a 1.

proc summary data=have nway;
    class id;
    var flg1-flg3;
    output out=want max=;
run;

You don't really explain what you mean by "summarize" so I have chosen to compute the maximum of your zeros and ones. If you want something different, you can just change the statistic in the output statement from max= to any other statistic you want.
