Hello I have a dataset with the below.  I would like to sum the amounts by ID's, but when I try traditional proc sql it will sum the entire amount column and put it into the value for each id.  

ID's     amounts

1         1

1         2

1        3

1        4

2         1

2         2  

2        3

2         4

3        1 

3         2

3        3

3       4

3        5
