PS: I work with on communities.sas.com including the SAS users who contribute to sasCommunity.org.  I'm also part of the team that is looking at improving the support.sas.com Web site.

I guarantee your feedback will be read and taken seriously.  Renee (who you know), myself and others on the larger web team will be reviewing your comments and suggestions about support.sas.com. So be frank, be honest.  We want to know what you really want and for your voice to really be heard. Although this particular survey is focused on the SAS customer support site, there is an open form field if you want to make suggestions about communities.sas.com in particular.
