Changes in SPF

• New type: kmfsnip for keyboard macro abbreviations added to the framework. Extension was inspired by my discussion with Richann Watson during the WUSS 2023 conference. Code generating kmf files was inspired by article "Dynamically generating macro invocations using SAS keyboard abbreviations" by Tom Van Campen and Benny Haemhouts. Check the SQLinDS package to see how it works in practice.
