Can I use a calculator on the SAS Base Programming Exam? I will be taking the exam at home (via online proctor exam).

As far as I know the use of a calculator is not allowed. You can write an email to certification@sas.com to make sure. Please provide all exam details in the email. Ex. is it programming associate or the programming specialist exam?

For all SAS Certification exams, if a calculator would be helpful for a question, then the exam UI will provide a button to open a calculator within the exam.

During a performanced-based exam (A00-231, A00-232, A00-255), in the lab portion, the MS Windows calculator would be available.

Pearson will not allow candidates to have a physical calculator present during the exam.
