Is it possible to use PROC NLMIX using NHANES data, taking into account the clustering and weighting?

Or can this procedure be only used in an unweighted analysis ?

It will depend on the version of SAS/STAT that you have available.  Use of the REPLICATE statement could allow you to weight things appropriately, provided that 1) no SUBJECT= variable is specified, and 2) there is only a single RANDOM statement.  I am not familiar enough with the NHANES data to say whether or not a valid analysis could be set up under these restrictions.
