Proc Corr is the basic procedure for getting Pearson and several other correlation measures.
Default behavior is to use all numeric variables in a data set and provide a matrix of correlation values. Use a VAR statement to restrict which variables are used. An example you should be able to run:
Proc corr data=sashelp.class; var height weight; run;
