Hi Everyone. 

I have a query. 

I am deriving MHENTPT in MH domain. as per spec, it should be whichever is latest date between DSSTDAT and SFDAT. 

please help me with syntax on how to dervie it

You have to be more specific. What does your data look like? What does your desired result look like?

Input variables are in character format and desired also should be either date 1 or date2 variable only whichever is latest. If date1 is 14APR2008 and date2 is 29OCT2022, desired result should be 29OCT2022 WHICH IS latest date. Hope u understand
