Can you please let me know how to extract/place the excel reports in SFTP? I have below the mentioned details available.

Where does SAS come into this? Will SAS be using the Excel reports? SFTP is a common file transfer protocol for moving files between computers. There are any number of PC tools that make it easy to do this including FileZilla and CuteFTP - google FTP tools these and you will find a whole lot more.
