How do I get SAS to preserve the column names over 30 characters long in Teradata.  I have SAS 9.4

With Teradata 15 longer table or dataset names as longer varibke names are possible. That will alo need some adjustment in the sas/access (fixes). The limit of 32 still will be existing as the shortening neede by td error warning tables.

Support for the longer table and column names (>30 chars) isn't available currently. We are aware of the need, and support for 32 character names is coming with SAS/ACCESS Interface to Teradata in the next release.
