Hi, you changed it and that's the incorrect answer, yes/no?  My principle and interest represent the portion of the monthly payemt that goes to paying down thiose two amounts.  If you add up the principle column it sums to $100,000 ... the amount of the loan.

I only changed the function from ppmt to finance with PPMT option, since the PPMT generated an error for me. Maybe the order of the parameters changed? No other changes. I was expecting the same output you displayed.
