Client certificate authentication when accessing web service (wsdl)

I am trying to access a web service (wsdl URL). I have certificates installed on windows certificate store. How can i call the service using the certificate?

I also have a sample request raw xml where there are other values too: signature based on private key(sha256 hashed), timestamp (sha1 hashed) which also i don't know exactly how to add in service call.

Do I need to create xml file or there is a way to automatically add them?

SAS version: SAS9.4 md5

Note: I have never done anything with certificates. I couldn't find related documentation, so I haven't tried anything in SAS yet. I tried in SOAP UI but with no result.
