Appending Data into an existing SAS data set

Hi All,

• I have about some 9 SAS datasets ( creating new datasets) and loading into a final SAS Dataset. (I know the process for this) 
• We run this SAS code periodically to load data into final SAS dataset (we do this in SAS DI) 
• Now, I want to load data by appending into existing final SAS Dataset (not to overwrite on existing records). 

All this will be an user written transformation in SAS DI.

Please suggest me the best way, TIA.

Use PROC APPEND.

I am tempted to suggest using proc append, but using that procedure to append data seems to be to obvious.

As a DI user, you should use the Append transformation.
