Hi,

I have trouble with a simple task. I have the following to variables:

POSeast                      POS_east

4.234561                     .

3.123546                     .

3.446732                     .

3.456573                     .

3.732464                     .

3.879823                     .

.                                   3.452245

.                                   3.123457

.                                   3.456246

.                                   3.673245

.                                   3.123657

I have thousands of observations. How do I combine them to one single variable:

Newposeast

4.234561

3.123546

3.446732

3.456573

3.732464

3.879823

3.452245

3.123457

3.456246

3.673245

3.123657

Thank you!
