So my son is in the habit of watching youtube gaming videos. Before long, I'm sure he'll start watching gamers live on twitch. And thinking about that, I noticed there are a bunch of sites for live-streaming of programming (e.g. https://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Programming, livecoding.tv, watchpeoplecode.com).
Which made me curious, are any SAS folks out their live-streaming? I'd happily kill some time watching a live-steam of someone coding up a SAS project, or even just trolling communities.sas.com and working on their favorite questions while narrating their thought process. There'd be something cool to seeing how someone approaches a problem, and iterates / debugs while working on a solution, rather than just seeing the end product.
My nephew does the same. Since he's learned how to play the games by watching other people play he also tends to narrate his own games when playing and in general anything else he's doing. It's colour commentary for every day life ![]()
