The subscribe function to send an email notification to user from any actions with their alert, case, customer and report in SAS AML8.3(to be the same with AML6.3) is necessary for our customer.

If you have additional details/information that was not originally part of the request that you believe should cause us to reconsider this decision, please resubmit. Perhaps not meeting the customers requirement in full, but for internal entities e-mail functionality can be configured in the workflow or a custom job could be created by the services team and executed through the AML Solution Extension for running SAS Jobs.
