In AML 8 on Viya 3.5 the cases list does only allow for sorting by the end user, not for filtering. The solution administrator can build in filters in the list which apply collectively to the entire user group. An example of this is the My Cases vs Open Cases vs Closed Cases lists that come pre-configured with SAS Anti-Money Laundering.
