Why the coxreg does not work in my SAS 9.4 when I estimate the sample size and power for a RCT? Who can give me some suggestions to solve this question? Thank you in advance.

Please provide your source program. You also need to explain what "does not work mean"? Is there an error in the log? If so, supply the log. Are the results not what you expected? If so, provide the results and data and explain why you were expecting something different.

You may also want to expand on your random-to-me TLA.  (Three Letter Acronym). What you call an RCT may be industry or organization specific jargon and meaningless to most at best and meaning something else quite different to others at worst.
