I have three variables (group, year, rate):
group year rate
corp 2009 1
corp 2010 2
csbu 2009 3
csbu 2010 2
ecs 2009 1
ecs 2010 4

How do I convert the above data to this:
group 2009 2010
corp 1 2
csbu 3 2
ecs 1 4
