Hey i have These datalines and i want to get a bonferroni test. how can i signalize that the p-values of the last are smaller than 0,0001?
test1 0.0881test2 <0.0001test3 <0.0001
proc multtest inpvalues(pval)=b bon;run;
You don't say where these p-values come from, but if they are created by a SAS procedure then most likely they are being formatted by using the PVALUE format. If you use ODS OUTPUT to save the values in a data set, then the data set will contain the raw values, which PROC MULTTEST can process.
