how can i get 5 identical numbers from one number
ex= from 0.56, i want to have 0.56 five times

Please help clarify your question - are you saying that you have a data value (either in a SAS table or as external data), and you want to create a SAS data library member with some number of duplicate (value stored) SAS variables stored in the same SAS table?

It may be better to share a sample INPUT and OUTPUT data file structure listing sample column / field names and desired row/column data values.
