copy excel file from one server to another

I want to copy a file that is saved to  G:\Departments\Research\MAP\1112\MAP - 1stQ_Grades - PASS  to another server whose path is \\Tse-apps-fs1\tse-app-data\District\SHARED.  The name of the file is Tam Elem.xls

In windows, RMB copy, then RMB Paste in the appropriate location
