Hi there,

I have a data set that looks like the one in Sheet1 of the attached Excel file and would like to get columns for each gender's color (total and by zone) for each year and age group as shown on Sheet2

 

could you please help?

Hi,

 

I am sorry, I don't access Excel files on the web, its a security risk.  But in a general response to your question there are many, many articles, papers and such like out there on the subject of reshaping your data, for example:
