0,1             523 0
0,2             523 0
1             523 0
0,05             541 0
0,1             541                    100 000
0,2             541                    200 000
1             541                    300 000
0,05             561                    100 000
0,1             561                    200 000
0,2             561                    300 000

You would first present test data in the form of a datastep using the code window (its the {i} above post are), following this guide if need be:

https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Communities-Library/How-to-create-a-data-step-version-of-your-dat...

You would then present example required output.

It is next to impossible to guess what you want from what you post.  I believe this has been mentioned a few times before.
