Hi all,

I am running this procedure in order to get an indication of outliers with the mcd robust distance in my dataset:

proc robustreg data=eg.Som_input method=lts ;

   model y= x1 x2 x3 x4

/

CUTOFF=2.5

/*ALPHA=0.025*/

diagnostics leverage  ;

   ods select DIAGNOSTICS;

   ods output diagnostics=Diagnostics;

run;

I am relevantly new in this procedure so i am wondering why i am not getting diagnostics for the whole set but only a part of it 1/3 in this case? is there any background to that?

In addition i meant to ask if there is any other output provided from this procedure with transformed data ?

Thnx in advance

Change to diagnostics(all) to get all observations.  The default is only points that are identified as outliers or leverage points are displayed.
