Hi, I am trying to run contrast for 4 treatments in 2 by 2 factorial. Design ( Treatment A and B at temperature X and Y). I was able to do orthogonal contrast in Proc GLM with 4 treatments but could not figure out the way in proc mixed. Would appreciate if any body could help me out.

Please share the PROC MIXED code you are currently using.  We can add to it to get the comparisons of interest, most likely through the use of the slicediff option, or the use of LSMESTIMATE statements.
