Though I have no personal experience, you will likely find technical reference and SAS product documentation at the SAS support http://support.sas.com/ website, either using the SEARCH facility or possibly using the Google advanced search argument listed below:

From the results I found, the PROC PRINCOMP as a pertinent SAS PROCEDURE.
