Does anyone know of a good example for a logistic GEE model in SAS. One that is clear for a beginner to understand. All the ones I have found give just a brief explaination of the output and how the procedure statement is writen.

Take a look at the Getting Started example in the PROC GEE documentation.  Maybe I'm too familiar with repeated measures approaches to data, but that section really gets into a good example, with explanations of what the output is telling you.
