Anyone has the code to send email from sas9.1(on windows server) to outlook.

Depends on what you want to send but for a start.....

filename mymail email "name@domain.xyz.com"
subject ="My SAS Test"; run;
data _null_;
file mymail;
put 'test,'; run;
