Yes, PROC CHART or PROC GCHART will do that

Yes, a pie chart of your favorite bars and bar chart of your favorite pies is always in order:smileysilly:

ODS Graphics (SGPLOT) can make bar charts as well.  Pie charts are not possible in SGPLOT, but are in GTL (proc template/proc sgrender).
