Why do we create different TTE datasets rather than creating just one. For instance, why to create ADPFS, ADOS, etc., instead of just creating ADTTE and give PARAM values as PFS, OS, etc.,?

Because the ADTTE is CDISC standard.  See

Standards can be changed, but it is a bit of a drawn out process.
