Please be patient as we have a record number of participants in the SAS Hackathon 2024.
We are incredibly grateful for the 1,600 individuals from 69 countries who have registered for the hackathon.
We are now qualifying teams to be approved based on their Team Profile on Hackers’ Hub (Use Case, Data, and Team). An exception is made for the Student Track, where SAS provides the data and use case. Remember, you need to be a minimum of two participants and have a student email to take part in the challenges we provide.
Next week (September 9th), we will start the countdown webinars, full of information and content to help you prepare before the start. Link here
It may take a while as we have so many participants, but once you are qualified/approved, you will be assigned a mentor who will connect with you to discuss “cloud options” and your use case.
Additionally, in addition to SAS Viya standard capabilities, you will have the opportunity to try out new features this year, such as SAS Viya Workbench, SAS Viya Model Cards, SAS Data Maker, and “SAS Viya Copilot – SAS Hackathon Edition.” Students in the SAS Track will use SAS Viya for Learners.
