EquipAny — Identifying Potential Issues, Risks or Incidents

A Mobile App to Report Environmental Incidents and Identify Risks at the Workplace. EquipAny is interested in Reporting the Operational Metadata.

Safety is a key part in Construction Work. People who work with the Site are aware of the Safety Incidents. The HSE (Health & Safety) complies with the Main Contractor(s) at the Site, through the supplier-oriented databases, and material-oriented databases. A Cloud System, enabling Storage & Retrieval of Operational Metadata (OM), records safety incidents and risks occurring in the site.

The Golden Thread, is to integrate Safety. From Planning, Design, Construction to Post Occupation, the processes are integrated using a well-connected framework involving Health & Safety Legislations, and Standards that are also promoted for Training Individuals.

The Policies are related to Government, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Frameworks. As a PGDiP Student, I have come across, a Conceptual Model for GRC. The below paper describes the Conceptual Model for GRC.

Purpose

The Purpose of EquipAny is to identify any risks or incidents, that occur in the Construction Site. A good way to do is to place a Depth Camera such as the OAK-D, that can record all the Site Work as well as repairs. This will inform us about any Delays happening in the Construction Site. Communicating the Statistics to the Working Professionals, enables the opportunity for the Supervisor to respond to any situations, and also inform the Client Team, making communication through Visualizations, a Constructive Approach.

Here, is an example, Our Team at SAS Hackathon, completed using SAS Visual Analytics.

The EquipAny Prototype

As part of the SAS Hackathon, our Team —EquipAny with KlinterAI(Team Profile), has created a Prototype in the SAS, App Factory Cloud (AFC). Below are the Screenshots of such a High-Fidelity Prototype.
