As @gmbaker mentioned in one of the First Timer posts there isn't a first timer session at SASGF 2019 - https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Global-Forum-2019/How-to-Navigate-SAS-Global-Forum-Part-3-Content...

 

You may want to check out the First Timer tagged posts to receive the tips that would typically be presented in such a session.
