Yes, bring an umbrella.  In the week since I started posting the weather we have fone from rain to no rain to (today) rain.

Nothing new, it is pouring in Johannesburg as well, it is just much colder here

I can run in the rain, the snow, by sunlight or moonlight. As long as the conference is inside it's all good.
