Edibles are becoming a large market in the cannabis world - specifically gummy bears infused with cannabis oil.  So find me before or during the paper and I'll have some ... well I guess ...  virgin gummy bears for you.

Can you buy these gummy bears legally in the USA?

You can buy the loaded ones legally in states that allow recreational use - such as Colorado.

But it is against US federal law.

That's what adds to its appeal.

Edibles was one of the biggest challenges CO had when legalizing recreational weed. Still issues on how it should be packaged. Early on it was very hard to tell the difference in the "enhanced" edibles vs the "nonenhanced".
