Implementing Control Function method

Hi, I have a beta regression model with a continues endogenous explanatory variable (EEV). 

To take care of the endogeneity, I know I have to implement the control function method, but I do not know how I should do it in SAS. 

Specifically, I need to implement the method described on page 338 (example 2) of the following paper:
