After I ran the program, SAS log summary are blank! 0 error, 0warning, 0 note.

But output was generated.

Why?

Even I click 'log on' , it is still blank

Maybe you had your log redirected. Try "proc printto; run;".

The program likely has something that turns it off?

Please attach the log that was generated from your code submission. Perhaps something about the specific log is throwing off the Log Summary view.
