Hello,

Here's the task I would like to do.

I would like to copy let's say a spde dataset named datasetA , from library sasdata_staging to library sasdata, with zero observation in it and rename it datasetB.

I have started with this code:

options obs=0 msglevel=i;
proc copy in=sasdata_staging out=sasdata;
select datasetA (rename=(datasetB=datasetB));
run;

but I am not sure for the rename possibility with proc copy

Does someone has a suggestion to make

Regards,

Maybe:

data sasdata.datasetb;
stop;
set staging.dataseta;
run;

B-)
